Rescheduling & cancellation

• Once booked, a session cannot be cancelled — the slot is held exclusively for you.
• You may reschedule it instead, to any available slot within one week of the original booking.
• In case of an emergency, rescheduling can be extended to a slot within one month.
• To reschedule, contact us with your booking details.
• If Mystic Maya must move a session, you choose between a full refund and a priority rebooking.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). Mokshaland never sees or stores your card details. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment.

Privacy & your birth details

Astrology and numerology sessions require personal data — your birth date, time and place. These are used solely to prepare your session, are never sold or shared, and are deleted on request at love@mokshaland.com. Session recordings are shared only with you.

Readings and wellness consultations are guidance, not guarantees. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice from licensed professionals. Mystic Maya will always tell you when a question belongs with a doctor instead of a chart.
